I do love a good piece of meat….
We ate out on the weekend, a friend cooked spit roasted goat which was amazing, scotch fillet on Sunday. Satisfied but strangely enough I was looking forward to my juices, salads and light dinners again. So I guess use raw as much as it suits your lifestyle. It takes time preparing, and not cheap when you want organic. The rewards are there, I certainly slept better and a juice in the afternoon instead of a coffee is the go!
